Generate viable options
Develop at least three options, including adaptations that move beyond the default procedural response.
Test the lenses
Examine likely impact, strategic alignment, ethical integrity, equity, feasibility, and reversibility for each option.
Decide and learn
Record the rationale, communicate appropriately, identify implementation evidence, and set a review date.
