Review messages, notes, artifacts, response time, action, follow-up, and the experience of participants.
Test independence
Identify decisions, permissions, interpretations, or follow-through that currently require the principal.
Redesign and retest
Clarify authority, build skill, improve cadence, or simplify evidence and schedule another complete cycle.
