OWNERPrincipal or leader
ARTIFACTPersonal flow-anchor plan + weekly review
SUCCESS CRITERIA
  1. You identify repeatable conditions connected to flow.
  2. You distinguish reliable anchors from preferences or lucky circumstances.
  3. You embed at least one anchor in the weekly rhythm.
  4. You define how you will know whether the anchor is working.
IMPLEMENTATION STEPS
01

Recall flow moments

Select two specific moments when attention, challenge, skill, and purpose aligned.

02

Find the conditions

Look for common cues, preparation, people, spaces, boundaries, or sequences.

03

Design the anchor

Turn one repeatable condition into a deliberate ritual or environmental cue.

04

Embed and review

Place the anchor into the week and schedule a brief evidence review.

REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • Which anchors are portable across settings?
  • Which conditions require support from others?
  • What routinely breaks an otherwise useful anchor?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Anchors should support the work, not become rigid rituals.
  • Account for neurodiversity, disability, culture, and role differences.
  • Do not mistake uninterrupted isolation for the only valid form of focus.
