ARTIFACTRestoration plan + 48-hour commitment
SUCCESS CRITERIA
  1. You describe the disruption without judging yourself or others.
  2. You distinguish the visible interruption from its underlying cause.
  3. You identify one condition you can influence within 48 hours.
  4. You set evidence and a date for checking whether flow improved.
IMPLEMENTATION STEPS
01

Name the disruption

Describe what happened, when flow changed, and what work was affected.

02

Locate the cause

Separate task overload, unclear priority, skill challenge, relational strain, and depleted energy.

03

Choose a restoration move

Select one small change to the work, environment, support, sequence, or boundary.

04

Define the return

Name the evidence that will show whether the restoration move helped.

REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • What part of this disruption is recurring?
  • What condition is within my control or influence?
  • What would restoration look like in observable terms?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Do not frame chronic overload as a personal resilience failure.
  • Do not restore your own flow by transferring invisible burdens to others.
  • Escalate structural barriers that cannot be solved through an individual habit.
