REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • Is this a commitment or an aspiration?
  • What competing demand is most likely to displace it?
  • Who should experience the difference if I follow through?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Do not convert structural constraints into private promises of greater effort.
  • Accountability should support learning, not public shaming.
  • Consider power and impact when a commitment affects other people’s work.
