REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • What did the coach help me see that I had normalized?
  • What support must exist for this experiment to be fair?
  • What evidence could disconfirm my current explanation?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Coaching is not evaluation unless that purpose is explicit.
  • Do not individualize a system-created barrier.
  • The leader retains agency over the experiment and the meaning made from evidence.
