REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • Am I transferring authority or only responsibility?
  • What knowledge have I assumed is obvious?
  • What must I stop doing for ownership to become real?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Do not coerce added leadership responsibility or rely repeatedly on the same people.
  • Recognize and compensate substantial additional work where appropriate.
  • Preserve appropriate supervision, legal authority, and due process.
