REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • When do I feel most like the leader I intend to be?
  • What pressure makes me abandon that identity?
  • What feedback about me is hardest to hear?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Reflection should produce learning, not self-punishment.
  • Distinguish identity from title, reputation, and others’ approval.
  • Invite evidence from people whose experience of your leadership may differ from your own.
