IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

Define the problem of practice

Name the recurring leadership challenge, context, affected people, current response, and evidence.

Set the growth aim

Describe the capability to strengthen and what improved practice and impact would look like.

Design the pathway

Choose learning sources, application opportunities, coaching, peer support, reflection, and feedback suited to the need.

Run the learning cycle

Schedule six weeks of learn-apply-evidence-reflect activity and a decision point for adaptation.
