Name the crack

Describe the event or pattern, affected relationships, cultural commitment, and immediate needs.

Understand impact and context

Gather perspectives, acknowledge power differences, and separate impact from assumed intention.

Agree on repair

Define acknowledgment, accountability, changed behavior, restitution, or system correction as appropriate.

Return to the relationship

Schedule follow-up, review evidence of changed experience, and adjust the agreement if needed.
