REFLECTION PROMPTS
  • Which inconsistency have people stopped naming to us?
  • What do our exceptions teach about the real norm?
  • How will we know trust is being restored?
EQUITY GUARDRAILS
  • Do not ask staff to provide identifiable criticism without psychological safety.
  • Leadership intent does not override the impact of positional power.
  • Avoid symbolic apologies without a concrete change in behavior or structure.
